It’s a Wonder, It’s a Con…It’s WonderCon!
Let the adventures of this year’s conventions continue with WonderCon!
It’s time to revisit and put to use the tips I introduced in, “5 Ways to Reduce Salvage and Reuse Promo Swag for the Crafty Geek”, ‘cause convention season is in full effect, geeks, and you’re about to take home lots of swag!
The beauty of Emerald City Comicon wrapped up two weeks ago…what, you missed it? Well, you better hurry over to our ever-so-entertaining Andrea Shockling’s solid preview and recap of ECCC! The West Coast is known for some of the best conventions and events; ECCC, Comic-Con and E3 Expo, and now the geeks of the West Coast are preparing to conclude the month of March with an amazing convention: WonderCon!
Held in Anaheim, CA (home to Disneyland) this three-day convention (Mar. 29-31, 2013) delivers something for every geek. From fan tables, to a masquerade, anime and more; be sure to plan ahead so you can take in all the wonders of this convention! WonderCon is known as the mini Comic-Con, but unlike SDCC and the competition to sell your soul for a 4-day badge, with WonderCon you’re 99.9% guaranteed purchase of a badge and hotel and 100% guaranteed to have a great time! Last year was my first time attending this convention and since sitting in on a Community panel and an early screening of episode 16 of Once Upon a Time (with an exclusive Once Upon a Time journal), I’ve really been looking forward to this year’s WonderCon.
This week, “Toucan Blog” announced the exhibitor list, along with artists, press, and autograph tables and areas. Soon to be published is the programming schedule. But you can find the exhibit hall map here.
Who’s ready for WonderCon? This girl!
I’ll be tweeting live from the floors of WonderCon (@TishTini) and hope you will be too!
